Privacy Policy

Twin Arrows Golf collects the minimum information needed to price, fulfil, and support your order. Your payment and card details are handled directly by Square during checkout and are never stored on our servers.

Information we collect

While you shop: whether you want the order shipped or picked up in Regina, and for shipped orders the country and — for Canadian orders — the province. These are used only to calculate the applicable tax and shipping.

When you design a product: your configurator selections, the engraving text you enter, and any optional logo or reference image you upload. These are kept as an order reference so we can make your item.

When you contact us: your name, email, and message from a team or wholesale inquiry, and — if you ask to be notified about a sold-out item — your email address.

At checkout: Square collects and processes your payment and contact information to complete the sale, along with your shipping address when the order is being shipped. Pick-up orders are not asked for a shipping address. We never receive or store your payment card details.

How we use it

  • Calculate the right tax and shipping for your destination.
  • Process, fulfil, and keep records of your order.
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and pick-up arrangements.
  • Respond to inquiries and support requests.
  • Maintain and improve the website.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to run the business, each of which handles information under its own privacy policy:

  • Square — payment processing and checkout.
  • Canada Post and other carriers — order delivery.
  • Our email provider — order and inquiry emails.
  • Our hosting and analytics provider — running the site, storing any optional images you upload, and aggregate usage analytics.
  • Google — order record-keeping.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand, in aggregate, how it’s used.

Your rights
