Custom alignment sticks

Because alignment sticks are made to order with your colours and engraving, they are final sale once production begins — except for a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. You can cancel before production begins (generally within 24 hours of payment).

Handmade variation

Every set is made by hand, so wood grain, colour, finish, and engraving placement may vary slightly from the photos. This is normal and is not considered a defect.

Hats

Unworn hats in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Defects & damage

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within seven days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right — either a replacement or a refund.
