Policy
Terms of Service
By using twinarrowsgolf.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be the age of majority in your province, state, or country to place an order.
Our products
Each pair of alignment sticks is handcrafted and made to order from your chosen pattern, colours, and engraving. Because every item is made by hand, slight variation in wood grain, colour, finish, and engraving placement is normal and is not considered a defect.
Decorative casings
Certain products feature a spent, inert cartridge casing as a decorative tip. These casings contain no powder, primer, or projectile and are not functional ammunition. Our products are decorative golf practice aids — not weapons or ammunition. You are responsible for confirming that you may lawfully purchase, import, and possess such an item in your location, and that you are of legal age to do so. Twin Arrows Golf is not liable for items refused, seized, or delayed by customs or carriers.
Pricing & orders
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout based on your destination. All orders are subject to acceptance. If a pricing or product error is discovered, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. Custom orders begin production once payment is received; you can cancel before production begins (generally within 24 hours of payment).
Shipping, delays & duties
Orders ship from Saskatchewan, typically within about two weeks. Shipping and any applicable Canadian taxes are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order has shipped we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier or customs, or for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect address. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Orders shipped outside Canada are not charged Canadian sales tax. The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees required by the destination country. Shipments refused or abandoned for unpaid duties are not eligible for a shipping refund.
Your content & intellectual property
All site content, designs, and trademarks belong to Twin Arrows Golf. You are solely responsible for any engraving text, names, logos, or images you submit, and you confirm you own or have permission to use them and that they infringe no rights and break no law. We may refuse or cancel any order containing content we consider infringing, offensive, hateful, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion. You agree to indemnify and hold Twin Arrows Golf harmless from any claim arising from content you supply.
Use of our products & assumption of risk
Our alignment sticks are practice and training aids for use by adults. You assume all risk arising from their use, misuse, or storage — used improperly they can cause injury or property damage. Keep them away from young children, never use them as a weapon or for anything other than golf practice, and handle them safely. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twin Arrows Golf is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of its products.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated, and except for non-excludable rights under applicable consumer-protection law, our products and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twin Arrows Golf’s total liability for any claim arising from a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, carrier disruption, natural events, or government action.
Governing law & general
We may update these terms at any time; the version posted when you order applies. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Any claim must be brought within one year of the order.
